She's a 10 week old kitten. The shelter always encourages people to think about the high level of activity that would be quite normal for a kitten.  The vet asked our shelter to find a purrrfect home for this little one. She is so adorable that was not much of a challenge.

When they arrived at the shelter they were so completely shy. After many hours with volunteers playing with them and holding them, they blossomed into sweet, curious and affectionate little ones. And today was a very good day for Chris and Stewie.

After a couple of weeks it appeared that Lois and the resident cat might tolerate each other but likely would not love being together so Lois was returned. THEN, Lois went to a lovely home. She is the princess, sleeping on a pillow next to her owner and getting lots of lap time. Here is a update from the new family.

The kitten season typically does not start up again until spring but these two little ones hardly touched their tiny kitten feet down at the shelter before visitors lined up to adopt them. We do have an adorable pair that still need a home and are just a couple of months older than this pair.
