    Little dog Dancer came to the shelter so ravaged by a skin infection that he had very little hair anywhere on his body . Each week, with great medical care, he began to look and feel better. But still no one came foward to adopt him.

  1. DAWG Walk Offers Chance to Reunite With Old Friends

    Meatball is a special English Bulldog who came to the shelter in 2009 with a severe case of mange and infected eyes. With proper care and eye surgery, Meatball has become quite the handsome boy. He was adopted by Alex, who has taken extraordinary care of him. Alex and Meatball come to the DAWG Walk every year, and we are looking forward to another opportunity to be on the receiving end of a big sloppy kiss from Meatball this year!

  1. Register Now for DAWG Walk

    Want to help orphaned animals in need of care at the Mission Viejo Animal Shelter? One way is to register early for the DAWG Walk, Pet Faire and Dog Adoption Event.  All proceeds from this event go toward the medical care of the orphaned animals at the Mission Viejo Animal Services Center.
